novel hotel city center was at a great location. we found the staff to be quite responsible, and whenever we called the room service, they were there in less than 2-3 minutes. the value for money is highly worth it, and the staff were very polite and hospitable. the late checkout option they gave was the best. the rooms were very nice, spacious, and clean, with a comfy bed. the location was also very good with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. it was a great stay overall and exceeded our expectations. highly recommended.

Great location near hospitals and cheap shopping. Efficient and friendly staff. Free shuttles to malls. Personalized service. Happy hour shisha. Fresh and inexpensive breakfast. Clean, big rooms with nice furniture. Very helpful reception. Amazingly fast internet connection.
Felt more than at home, no complaints.
